Overview
We propose to consolidate the addresses at 6-12 Kentish Town Road and 3A & 5 Camden Road, to deliver a world-class 29-room boutique hotel in the heart of Camden Town that will celebrate the history of the buildings and restore their value locally with a limited change to the exterior facade of the buildings. To offset the limited loss of residential accommodation there, we will convert the former bail hostel at Keeley House, 18-20 Royal College Street into residential use giving new life to a prime property that has been vacant for over 10 years.
